Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you request a sample we collect your name, email, and optionally your company. When you place an order we additionally collect the information required by our payment processor (billing details) and any documents you upload to your Dropbox folder.

Service providers

• Stripe — processes payments.
• Dropbox — hosts the per-order folder used for document exchange.
• MongoDB Atlas — stores order and sample-request records.
• Resend — sends transactional email on our behalf.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.
